Number Three client guidelines during COVID-19

We would much appreciate if you could please read the following guidelines carefully before your appointment.

You will need to bring and wear a face-covering throughout your appointment. Team members will be wearing visors.

Booking Appointments

We are only accepting pre-booked appointments—no walk-ins at this time.

Appointments can only be booked online on our website. Phone bookings are unavailable until we have reopened. Unfortunately, we are not able to book in children under the age of 12. Children over 12 receive a 20% discount, but they need to arrive alone.

Please arrive on time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. To keep things moving safely and efficiently, we will be unlikely to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive early, we might require you to wait outside for a short time before your stylist or technician can sit you down and begin your appointment.

Please help us protect eachother

You will need to bring and wear face-covering throughout your appointment, team members will be wearing visors.

No refreshments or magazines

Sadly we won´t be able to serve any refreshments at this time, and we have removed magazines temporarily. We recommend that you bring your own drinks and snacks if you are coming in for a colour appointment.

Card payment only

We are unable to take cash payments and will only be accepting card and contactless payments.

Social distancing

We ask that everyone do their absolute best to honour social distancing measures while in the salon.


We will require each guest to sanitise their hands on arrival at the salon.

Please arrive alone

We usually welcome our community with open arms, but unfortunately, we kindly ask that you arrive alone for your appointment. We are not able to accommodate any extra guests, children or pets.

Travel light

Please only bring necessities. Although we do have spaces for your outerwear, we won‘t be able to accommodate shopping bags, extra luggage, bikes etc.

Feeling unwell

If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, please get in touch as soon as possible. We will rearrange your appointment. Please don‘t come to the salon as we have full authority to decline your appointment if showing any signs of Covid-19. We would appreciate at least 48-hour notice where possible.


Colour appointments

Please ensure you have freshly washed and dried hair for your colour appointment.


We will still be stocking our shelves with our much-loved products, but please refrain from touching them. Just ask our lovely team members for assistance when you need any help. with the products.

Below are a few reminders for when booking your colour appointment. 

A blow-dry is a compulsory option with every standalone colour service. We have created two blow-drying options to accompany a colour appointment. Either of these must be selected when booking your colour service:

1. Complimentary 15-minute Colour Check Blow Dry
2. Colour Blow Dry and Finish at the discounted price of £25 with your colour artist.

A separate colour service option for haircut bookings will also still be available.

With every colour service, we offer a complimentary initial consultation for expert advice to ensure the perfect result for you. As a responsible salon, we require a skin test 48 hours before your appointment. This requirement also applies to clients who haven’t seen us in over six months.
